Gensler played a significant role in contributing to a blockbuster sale-leaseback deal valued at $250 million for two million square feet of office space from AT&T. Over the course of four phases, Gensler produced a BOMA analysis to successfully bring the property to market, and aided in the conversion of this corporate building into a commercial property capable of producing revenue. Gensler produced multiple space scenarios to help show how the potential leases might be affected.
