Gensler’s solution provides a strong, visible and enduring presence for the brand and resonates with the company’s passion for design and the natural world. The new 100,000-square-foot, LEED? Gold certified headquarters features a board-formed concrete base with large expanses of glass that simultaneously reveal the company’s creative culture and connect the campus landscape to the interior. “The Beacon,” a perforated, weathered steel volume that protrudes upward through the building’s base, glows gently and fulfills its namesake for the entire campus.
